Assalamualaikum dan salam 1TM.
Dengan sukacitanya, saya ingin berkongsi kejayaan kita bersama pada “TM Group Awards Night” yang telah berlangsung pada malam Sabtu 16 Jun 2012 bertempat di Multimedia Universiti, Cyberjaya di mana TM Consumer telah berjaya meraih 2 anugerah, iaitu:
a) Anugerah “Company of The Year 2011”
b) Anugerah keseluruhan “TM Group Award 2011”
Anugerah “Company of The Year 2011” telah kita menangi berdasarkan pencapaian di dalam kesemua elemen-elemen perniagaan “COOL” iaitu “revenue, profit, collection, customer experience” di samping penilaian “innovation” dan “corporate social responsibility (CSR)” yang telah kita tunjukkan sepanjang tahun 2011. Anugerah keseluruhan “TM Group Award 2011” merupakan the ”icing on the cake”, kerana ianya adalah anugerah yang mengiktiraf “the best of the best” di kalangan kesemua pemenang-pemenang pada malam anugerah tersebut.
Bagi pihak pengurusan TM Consumer, setinggi-tinggi tahniah diucapkan kepada anda semua! Wish that all of you were there at the awards night! Kami di pihak pengurusan hanya mampu menunjuk halatuju kearah kejayaan TM Consumer, and it is all of you, warga TM Consumer, yang menentukan samada kita merangkak, berjalan atau berlari kearah kejayaan tersebut ... dan anda semua telah berlari dengan bersungguh-sungguh pada tahun 2011! Ini adalah pengiktirafan dari pihak Kumpulan TM hasil dari titik-peluh kita bersama ... the late nights at the office, the weekends spent at our ground sales events and the resulting performance. Please share this success with your family members too and thank them for their endless support and understanding they have accorded us in undertaking our responsibility as a warga TM Consumer.

TMpoint memainkan peranan penting di dalam kejayaan ini dari segi sumbangan “revenue” (NIs dan “churn save”), “customer experience” (para pelanggan yang melangkah masuk ke TMpoint seluruh negara) dan “collection” (samada di kaunter mahupun di kiosk).
Kepada State VPs/GMs – this is part of your success too! Heartiest thank you for your guidance and leadership at the State level to our TM Consumer team members. We couldn’t have done it without your day-to-day guidance and motivation at the State level.
Kepada EVPs TM Government, TM Enterprise, TM SME – this is part of your success too! Thank you Dato’ Kairul, En Ghaz, En Azizi ... for your support and guidance during our nationwide State ‘deep-dives’ (thanks too Jamal for the arrangements). We value the feedback and push given to us to do better than where we were before.
Akhir sekali, buat warga TM Consumer sekalian, setinggi-tinggi tahniah diucapkan sekali lagi! Do extend our appreciation and gratitude to the rest of our team members at HQ and State that have helped us achieve what we did – our team members at HQ from retail product, marketing, CSM, NO, ND and our team members at the States from BRD, PR, Finance, HR, CSM, NO, ND. “We are 1TM United!”.
Let us make this recognition and achievement in 2011 as the platform for us to run faster and jump higher in 2012.
